C-Think Urban Suites combines modern, furnished and comfortable private living spaces with thoughtfully designed shared facilities and practical support that helps residents focus on their future rather than managing multiple everyday expenses.

THE FIRST 30 — J$60,000 PER MONTH
The first 30 qualified residents accepted into the C-Think Urban Suites programme will enjoy an introductory residential package of:

Protected for the first 12 months of residence
This special introductory rate is available only to the First 30 residents and is intended to reward those joining the programme during its initial rollout.

C-Think Urban Suites is being designed to provide residents with genuine comfort, privacy and independence while still enjoying the benefits of a vibrant shared community.
Each resident receives a furnished private personal living space, complemented by shared facilities for studying, dining, relaxing and connecting with others.
Guests are welcome within established house rules that protect the privacy, safety and comfort of all residents. Overnight guests may be accommodated subject to programme rules and individual property guidelines.
Both smoking-permitted and non-smoking accommodation options will be available depending on the property. Pets will not be permitted.

Urban Suites is more than accommodation. It is designed for people who are actively pursuing education, employment and entrepreneurship.
Residents will benefit from access to study and research resources together with opportunities for entrepreneurial development, business incubation and practical professional support through the wider C-Think network.
Whether you’re completing a degree, beginning your career or growing a small business, Urban Suites aims to provide an environment that supports progress.
Participation in C-Think programmes is not required to become a resident.
Getting Around for Less
Transportation is one of the largest expenses facing students and young professionals. Urban Suites residents will therefore benefit from subsidized scheduled transportation to participating education, employment and commercial destinations.
Residents remain free to use their own transportation whenever they choose.
JOIN THE C-THINK URBAN SUITES WAITING LIST
Only persons who are accepted into the C-Think Urban Suites programme will be placed on the official waiting list, and only persons on that waiting list will be considered for assignment to available Urban Suites properties.
The programme operates through a waiting-list system so that properties can be assigned fairly according to eligibility, availability, suitability and placement order.

The regular Programme Joining Fee is J$15,000.
For the First 30, that fee is reduced to:

The Programme Joining Fee is a one-time payment that secures entry into the programme and, once your eligibility is confirmed, places you on the Urban Suites waiting list.
Importantly, the Joining Fee also covers your mandatory Facilities Maintenance & Access Fee for your first year of residence.

Residents will never be required to pay another Programme Joining Fee. After the first year, only the applicable annual Facilities Maintenance & Access Fee will become payable under the programme.

Joining the First 30 should come with confidence.
Once your eligibility is confirmed and you are added to the waiting list, we aim to allocate your Urban Suite offer within 14–15 working days. If we are unable to provide a qualifying offer within 30 calendar days, your J$10,000 Programme Joining Fee is refunded in full.
YOUR J$10,000 IS REFUNDED IN FULL.
There is no administrative deduction. Your First 30 priority status is retained, and you will not be required to pay another Programme Joining Fee when a suitable property becomes available.
What Do I Pay When My Urban Suite Is Offered?
Joining the programme does not mean you immediately begin paying rent.
Once you receive an Urban Suite offer and accept the property, the First 30 residents will pay:
First month’s residential package – J$60,000
Refundable security deposit – J$40,000
And the J$60,000 monthly residential rate remains protected throughout your first 12 months of residence.
Regular Urban Suites Rates
The First 30 receive a special introductory package. Future properties across the programme will generally be priced according to location and amenities.
Where Are C-Think Urban Suites Being Developed?
The initial rollout focuses on communities offering convenient access to universities, colleges, employment centres, business districts and major transportation routes.

Specific properties and locations will be offered only to eligible persons on the waiting list as suitable accommodation becomes available.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
C-Think Urban Suites is open only to qualified applicants. Before paying the Programme Joining Fee, applicants are responsible for ensuring that they meet at least one of the eligibility categories below.
Tertiary Students
Full-time or part-time students enrolled at a registered tertiary institution.
Students attending C-Think Designated Institutions receive a 10% discount on their monthly Urban Suites residential package.
Recent Graduates
Graduates of a registered tertiary institution who completed their studies within the last two years and are beginning their professional careers.
Young Professionals
Persons under 30 years of age employed in the BPO, shared-services, digital-services and related professional sectors like tourism, health, education and security.
Entrepreneurs & Small-Business Owners
Early-stage entrepreneurs and owners of small businesses that can benefit from the C-Think business-incubation and entrepreneurial-support programme.
What Is a C-Think Designated Institution?
A C-Think Designated Institution is a registered tertiary institution selected independently by C-Think Urban Suites for student accommodation benefits.
Designation does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the institution.
