If persons have subscribed through your school’s team page, or if you have collected subscription payments on behalf of supporters, please follow the instructions below to ensure that all subscriptions are correctly credited to your team.
Step 1: Verify Subscriber Information
Before making payment, ensure that all subscriber information has been entered on your team’s subscription spreadsheet.
Subscribers may have:
- Entered their information directly on your team page; or
- Provided their information to you for entry on their behalf.
Please review the spreadsheet carefully and confirm that all names and details are correct.
Step 2: Determine the Number of Subscribers Being Paid For
Count the number of subscribers included in your payment.
Examples (remitting 50% of subscription costs):
- 5 subscribers = J$2,500
- 10 subscribers = J$5,000
- 20 subscribers = J$10,000
The amount paid must correspond to the number of subscriptions being submitted.
Step 3: Record the Spreadsheet Row Numbers
Before proceeding to payment, identify the row numbers on the subscription spreadsheet that correspond to the subscribers covered by your payment.
For example:
Rows 15–24
or
Rows 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35
These row numbers will be required when submitting your payment.
Step 4: Make Your Payment
Use the payment link or QR code provided below.

When completing the payment form, please provide the following when prompted, or as notes:
- School Name
- Team Name
- Team Manager Name
- Amount Paid
- Number of Subscribers Covered
- Spreadsheet Row Numbers Covered By The Payment
- Payment Reference Number
Example
School: St. Catherine High School
Amount Paid: J$5,000
Number of Subscribers: 10
Rows Covered: 41–50
Payment Reference: ABC123456
Important
Subscriptions cannot be confirmed until payment has been received and matched to the corresponding subscriber records.
Please ensure that:
The payment amount matches the number of subscribers.
The correct spreadsheet row numbers are provided.
The payment reference number is submitted accurately.
All subscriber information has been entered before payment is made.
